If you don't know where to start or you want to avoid all the techno-babble about notebooks or mobile computing technology, keep it simple and easy with the step-by-step process that will guide through, one component at a time, to build a notebook tailored to your customer's needs.
Smart Select. Perfect for those who know exactly what configuration they need or they have a certain specification like a serial port or screen resolution. Pick your criteria and let Smart Select determine the closest matching ITC model. Custom build any of the Smart Selected search results or check for nearest matching configuration with better stock availability than the initial search results.


Real-time prices and availability After finding the most suitable notebook, ITC's custom build tool confirms the exact cost and provides details on the availability of each component of your notebook configuration. You can still fine-tune your specification by upgrading or downgrading any of the components, checking pricing and availability along the way.


Place your order Once you have decided on your configuration, it's as simple as clicking the "submit order" button to confirm Purchase Order numbers and/or drop shipping details. Once ITC's web server has processed your order, it will email you a salesorder confirming delivery time frames and/or stock availability issues incase it was apparent at teh time of order.


Track it. Find out the progress of your order is easy and you have full knowledge from the assembly to shipping stage. The data shown, of course, is real-time. Even fine details like serial numbers are accessible. If an order is shipped, conveniently track it's shipping status (depending on service availability from shipping company) linked to the order status.
